Our kickboxing program is a blend of several stand-up styles, including kickboxing, Taekwondo and Muay Thai. A typical class consists of warm-ups, shadow boxing, drills, mitt work, heavy bags and sparring.
Safety is our main concern. Students are required to wear protective gear when sparring. Sparring is limited for beginners and only light contact is permitted. We take care of our training partners.
We have a fully matted floor; the mats are cleaned daily.
Kickboxing is good exercise. You will always leave our school smiling, sweating and sore.
